Theres a lot of run tracking apps out there, and you could be forgiven for forgetting about Googles very own My Tracks, what with its complete lack of zombies. Google TV's first generation devices were all based on x86 architecture processors and were created and commercialized by Sony and Logitech. The app itself continues to work and is still available to sideload via APK repositories. There is no problem with the 'security' of Windows.
